REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Odyssey Management, Inc. (OM) is excited to announce its workshop 2025 in Chantilly, VA (“OMWS”)!

The following Registration Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation at OMWS and are an agreement between OM and you. These Terms apply to you and any party you are registering for participation in any OMWS event (“Attendee” or "Participant"). By registering for OMWS and/or obtaining your badge, you agree to these Terms.

You may only register for and attend OMWS in accordance with these Terms. To register, you must complete the OMWS registration process and pay the applicable fee. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend OMWS. OMWS registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the OMWS program at any time in our sole discretion. You will at all times comply with the OMWS Code of Conduct. OM reserves the right in its sole discretion and without refund, to revoke the badge of any Participant whose conduct violates the Code of Conduct.

Event badges must be picked up by the registered attendee with a government issued ID. Badges cannot be picked up on behalf of someone else. Each registration Confirmation ID represents a single pass per person, sorry no sharing of passes.

Refund & Revocation Policy. All Badges are the sole property of OM and we may, in our sole discretion and any time, cancel, revoke, or refuse from any individual their badge. OM is not responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that may result from such action.

Reference the Refund policy (Link Here) for refund deadline. Refunds may be requested by contacting [email protected]. Only the order holder is able to request refunds. Refunds may incur a fee. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

Please ensure you understand the nonrefundable dates outlined in the Refund Policy.

Unused badges have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future events. OM will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received by OM. In the event your badge is lost, stolen, or damaged, a replacement badge will need to be obtained for a Participant's continued access to OMWS. Lost or stolen badges must be reported to and replaced at the on-site Registration Help Desk. Use of a badge by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of your badge without any refund.

OM may cancel OMWS at any time for reasons including, for example, availability or suitability of venue or speakers or on security, health, or safety grounds, and we may deny, limit, or cancel an Attendee's registration at any time. We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, from such cancellation, including but not limited to, cancellation fees for travel or accommodations. If we cancel OMWS or your registration and you are in compliance with these Terms, we will issue you a refund of your OMWS registration fee.

OM will communicate with Participants by email or by posting communications to the OM website. You consent to receive communications from OM electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COVID-19 RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: Your attendance and participation at OMWS, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the OMWS, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 at the event. You also agree not to hold OM or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury related to exposure to COVID-19 at the event.

WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS AND THE EVENT VENUE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES; OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, CUSTOMERS, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL. IN ANY CASE OM’S AND OUR AFFILIATES’ AND LICENSORS’ AND THE EVENT VENUE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LIMITS OF EVENT INSURANCE. THE LIMITATIONS UNDER THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, PARTICIPANT’S ATTENDANCE AT OMWS, AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH OMWS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING OMWS IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, AND IS NOT INTENDED AS, AND SHALL NOT BE UNDERSTOOD AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. OM DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES ABOUT THE RESULTS OF TAKING ANY ACTION. OM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OM and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, owners, agents, and other representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, and other liabilities, including without limitation, costs and expenses of attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with each Participant’s use of badges, attendance at OMWS, or the Participant’s violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure: OM will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

OMWS badges may not be used as a prize in any form of promotion, contest, game, or sweepstakes without the prior written permission of OM.

The Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Each Participant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in Fairfax County Virginia, and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder.

Each Participant has read, understands, and agrees to the OM Terms of Conditions and Privacy policy, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

OM reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time without notice to each Participant, so we suggest that you check back and review the Terms from time to time. In the event that any term or provision of these Terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.
