Why Dental Revenue Network Was Created
It's a great time to be an entrepreneur in dentistry. Doctors and companies are more open than ever to contract with revenue-focused companies. BUT this is a road filled with imposter syndrome, uncertainty and straight-up fear. I know because I started Odyssey Management with an idea of what I wanted to do but there have been pivots along the way.
- I've had doubters and even doubted myself.
- Growing and scaling was difficult because I wasn't a good delegator.
- I've had awful clients that I should have dismissed sooner.
- My family supported me but also missed me. A lot.
